Psychiatric Evaluation
A psychiatric evaluation is one of the first stages of the treatment process. A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation is completed at the first outpatient appointment. After the evaluation is completed, a diagnosis is rendered and a treatment plan is formulated. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 90 minutes.

Medication Management with Psychotherapy
Medication is one of many treatments in psychiatry. Medication may be recommended to treat presenting or emerging symptoms. Medication management appointments are important to ensure ongoing assessment of efficacy, side effects, and treatment plan goals. The psychotherapy component allows for a more in depth assessment of medication response and other psychosocial circumstances contributing to overall mental health.
Community

Psychiatric Consulting
Dr. Natal has an extensive background in psychiatry and all facets of behavioral health. Psychiatric consulting services are available on an individual or organizational level.

Contract
Dr. Natal provides contractual services to community organizations, private organizations, and academic settings. These services can be scheduled on site or at Lifespan Psychiatry. Examples of contract services includes but is not limited to:
*School-based psychiatric evaluations
*Medication management for organizations e.g. group homes/psychiatric community homes
*Presentations on special topic in psychiatry, individualized to the needs of the organization e.g. opioid overdose prevention education for high school students.

Educating, informing, empowering, enlightening, sharing and learning are just some of the benefits of providing service through speaking engagements. Dr. Natal provides these services through various platforms including but not limited to academia, conferences, and workshops.
